APT STAFF TRIPS BOARDING CARD NUMBER
09:00 GLASGOW CENTRAL TO LONDON EUSTON ON
This letter entitles ONE PASSENGER to travel on the above service joining the train either at Glasgow Central or at an intermediate station.
Please note that on staff trips the APT will operate as a ONE CLASS train without specific seat reservations. You may occupy any vacant seat in coaches A, B, C, E or F.
You may not travel in coach D or the 2/3 cars marshalled between coach F and the power car (including the power car). These vehicles are reserved for technical and project team staff.
It is hoped to open the buffet car on the train for the sale of a limited range of light refreshments.
You are reminded that you will be required to obtain free/privilege tickets from your own allocation (or duty pass) to cover the journey to be made in addition to this boarding authority.
As the staff trips are part of the continuing development trials of the APT there can be no guarantee that the trains will run as scheduled and cancellation may require to be made, up to shortly before departure. In such instances staff still wishing to make the journey should travel by the most convenient timetabled service.
